My commitment is to empower you through nutritional coaching and movement. Together, we will identify your wellness goals, explore potential barriers and identify helpful strategies and tools to navigate your next steps towards becoming the best version of yourself.

My programs

This program is designed to help you feel strong, empowered and energized.

I personally tailor each workout to your needs. If you’ve been feeling lost, tired with little to no energy and are confused about where to start on your journey towards health, this program is for you. This program will take you out of your rut and leave you feeling confident.

I use integrative movement to help you connect to your mind, body and spirit through movement.

As someone who hasn’t worked out in many years, I was so impressed by the training that I received from Janikka. She is always patient and listens to exactly what my needs are. Her training has given me much more energy and I always look forward to more workout sessions with her!
