Janikka has been providing nutrition advice to me for quite some time as I have stomach issues due to stress and neglecting to eat healthy over the years.

Janikka provided me with low fodmap recipes which already incorporated my favourite foods including salmon, olive tapenade, vegetables, eggs, chicken, quinoa (to name a few) that were both delicious and quick to prepare.
